Sneaky305Club Update For 19/05/2026

Thought I should maybe do a little website update, partly for my own sanity.

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been hiding away again, but I realised that giving myself a month to focus on one thing has actually been beneficial.

In April, I focused on YouTube. I kept finding different issues with how I was setting the camera up, but I still learnt something from it. I realised my videos had too much noise in them, so I’ve adjusted the camera settings and hopefully that will make things better going forward.

I also learnt where I should actually place my mic. Who knew the magnetic thing DJI gave me was meant to go under my shirt so I don’t have mic issues? Yeah, I didn’t know either.

ChatGPT to the rescue again. It was basically saying, “You must have this magnetic thing for your mic,” and I was sitting there thinking, “What is he on about?” So yeah, that issue is fixed now.

Then we replaced the thumbnail about twice, but eventually got it how I like it. I’m not saying my YouTube videos are good or anything, because they’re really not, but I like how I’ve got the setup now. It works for me, especially with CFS. It’s more rinse and repeat, which makes it easier to keep doing.

This month, I’ve been concentrating on the website again. I didn’t realise I had never properly turned the search button on, so no one could actually search anything. I was trying to work out what was wrong and then realised I’d left the page I was editing as a draft. Oops.

We’ve also been fixing page numbers, then Firefox decided to make the whole website look like a huge mess, so that needed fixing too. I’m still not sure everything is perfect, because I do get stressed easily, so I’m leaving some of that alone for now. Hopefully it’s looking a bit more normal.

There have been theme fixes as well, and I’ve been slowly working out what I actually want the website to be. It becomes a little easier once there’s proper content on here, and finally, there is.

One thing I think I’m not too bad at is visualising things before they’re made. I can usually see what I want in my head, and I think that’s a good quality to have. The website is starting to look how I wanted it to look. It needed to have a slightly crazy, out-there feel to it, and I think it’s getting there.

There are still some issues with the site, but overall, I’ve been quite productive. It does feel like I’ve finally moved into my own house online. The whole point was to bring my content onto my own platform, and that’s what this website is becoming now. So that feels really good.

Next month, I’m hoping to focus on social media again. I did change the name to MyFoodBoxClub for a bit, but I’m going to change it back to Sneaky305Club because I can’t have five names, even if I would love to.

Anyway, that’s the little website update. More food bits, reviews, random thoughts and probably a few unnecessary disasters will appear on here soon.
