Honestly Tasty Vegan Cheeseboard with Blue, Bree and Garlic Herb Dip
This was my cheeseboard, made after we bought a cheese and pie bundle from Honestly Tasty.
I ate a lot of cheese that week when I tried all of this. I’m not complaining though, because it was really nice. I was also thinking about Instagram and what I could do with all the cheese I had, so we decided to make a cheeseboard and show off Honestly Tasty’s Blue, Bree, and Garlic & Herb Dip.
Time was getting on a bit for lunch, so I quickly looked in the fridge and grabbed anything I could use for the cheeseboard.
It ended up being really enjoyable to eat and put together. Sometimes you think something like this is going to take ages to prepare, but actually, it only took a few minutes. The only thing I had to cook was the broccoli. Everything else was pretty straightforward.
The quality of Honestly Tasty’s vegan cheese is really good. If you’re looking to limit your dairy intake, or just want to try a good-quality vegan cheese, this is definitely a brand worth trying.
You can buy some of their products from Ocado and Marks & Spencer.
The price is more on the premium end, so I don’t think they’re trying to be a cheaper cheese like Violife. What you get instead is a more creamy, tangy flavour, especially with Honestly Tasty’s Blue.
Honestly Tasty’s Blue costs £5.10 on Ocado, and sometimes in life, you do get what you pay for. With Honestly Tasty, I think that’s the case here.
Honestly Tasty’s Bree also costs £5.10 on Ocado. I’d say this one has a more unique, earthy taste. It might not be to everyone’s taste, but it is very creamy. I quite liked it myself, although I can see why someone else might not enjoy it as much.
The Garlic & Herb Dip was something I really enjoyed dipping my broccoli into. It’s a good dip, and I would definitely buy it again. This cost £3.80, and I think it would be good for a summer party or even Christmas, which will probably appear before we know it, because time is rude like that.
Overall, this was a really nice little cheeseboard and a good way to try a few Honestly Tasty products at once.
Have you tried any of these cheeses from Honestly Tasty?
